Social Media is becoming more important to all job seekers and career advancers. It has come to the point that some employers only post jobs on social media sites to only be found by job seekers who have a knowledge and understanding of the Social Media Platforms.

Social Media is also a vehicle for Job Candidate to enhance themselves and be used to help implement their job campaign.

Any job seeker who is professional or white collar needs to be on LinkedIn.com the free version is fine, and should be active with the use of it, connecting with people who can help you network to your next position.

Many younger job seekers and recent grads need to insure there isn't anything on their Facebook and Twitter accounts that could be seen by potential employers that could cause them to be passed over for consideration for a position.
